This is a wall of ghost signs that was recently uncovered in downtown El Paso, TX.  It is probably the best collection of them I have ever seen and I sure would have never expected that in my home town of El Paso!  I'm not sure what they are doing here with all this scaffolding. I hope they might preserve them, but I seriously doubt it, unfortunately.
