Wow - I found a couple of old post drafts from 2008 that I never published.  I am going to publish them right now and see if they show up as being posted today or in 2008.

Our Lady of Guadalupe Murals and other displays

I hadn't realized until recently it but I have gathered quite a collection of pictures of Our Lady of Guadalupe Murals and Altars and other displays. Now, of course, I am on the lookout for them. Here is one that I took a few years ago in Old Mesilla.  I will post some others later.

Angel in Old Mesilla

OK.  Back to the blog again.  I will really, really try to be more consistent with my posting!  I thought I would share some old pictures I took with my film camera, about 10 years ago.  I took them soon after we moved to the west side, but didn't get them developed for a couple of years.  At that point, I simply could not remember where they were!  So, for several years, I tried to find out where I had taken them but was not successful.  Then one day a couple of years ago we were walking around in Old Mesilla and there was the tree! I was so excited to finally know where this was.  The Madonna figurine in the bottom is long gone of course.  This store has expanded quite a bit and is one of the best places for taking pics -  I will post some more recent ones later.

I like to take pictures of all kinds of things. Old Cars and Old Trucks are fascinating because they are so ornate compared to the vehicles of today. Here are several pictures I got in October.
